TIVOLY, INC. has adopted the ISO9001-2000 international standards to guide the organization. The structure of the Quality Management System has been developed to not only identify, but to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of the customers. The system has also been developed to meet the needs of the owners, suppliers, people within the organization and community and to gain a competitive market advantage.
Tivoly's journey to Quality and Environmental excellence started years ago. The Quality
Revolution started in the mid 80's as the United States manufacturing community sought to improve its image. So did Tivoly. The late 80s brought Caterpillar and Ford Q1 quality programs into the manufacturing sector. Tivoly met those challenges. With the rise in popularity of the ISO international standards, Tivoly attained ISO 9002 certification in 1995. The turn of the century brought revisions to the international standards and Tivoly raised the bar on the quality efforts by achieving certification to the ISO 9001/2000 in 2001. Tivoly is proud to say that they were the first US based tap manufacturing company to achieve the stringent ISO requirements. Tivoly remains a leader in its quality efforts in not only the State of Vermont but nationally as well.
The same can be said for Tivoly's Environmental care. For years Tivoly has adopted business practices that have promoted care for the health and safety of its employees and community. Tivoly's business practices sought the protection of the environment by reducing waste, disposing of waste in an environmentally safe manner, and a conscientious effort to eliminate waste. Once again Tivoly not only led but continues to lead the State of Vermont and the United States as they achieved ISO 14001 certification. The stringent ISO 14001 requirements were met in 1997. Tivoly remains the only tap manufacturing facility to hold both the Quality and Environmental certificates.
